Candle Bay strives to satisfy the customer, without you we wouldn't be in business. If for any reason
you are dissatisfied with our product, simply follow the directions below to return the order within 30 days of purchase date and we will
promptly process your request and refund your money (less shipping charges) via crediting your
credit card. There will be a 15% restocking fee on all opened or used items.
If you would like to return or exchange your order please send it to the address below. Please include your name, phone, order number, and reason for return or item to be exchanged for. We will process it within 7 business days of receipt. Send only via US Mail (NOT UPS or FedEx) and DO NOT require a signature. Include a Delivery Confirmation, as we cannot be responsible for packages that cannot be confirmed as delivered by USPS.

Thank you for your interest in Candle Bay's wholesale and drop shipping program.
There are no minimum quantities but there is a $150 minimum purchase per order
(unless you are drop shipping, in which there is no minimum). If you would like drop
shipping, there is a $3.00 drop ship fee per order and shipping is calculated at
time of shipment and follows our standard shipping rates which can be found on our
customer service page. If you would like a wholesale list please email sales@candlebay.com.

Currently we take international orders online via Candlebay.com, we also do accept them at our storefront on

for our mail order form. We can only accept payment in the form of International Money Orders, our bank will not cash
